At Paws and Pathways, we are committed to providing the highest quality care for your furry friends. We understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected, so we’ve put together this Refunds and Return Policy to ensure transparency and satisfaction for our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to offer flexibility when you need it. To help us manage schedules efficiently, we request the following notice for cancellations or changes:
- 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule a walk without penalty, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled walk.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Show/No-Notice: If you do not cancel or reschedule a walk and are unavailable to provide the dog for the scheduled walk, a full charge will apply.
2. Refunds
We strive for your satisfaction with every walk, but if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the scheduled dog walk due to factors within our control (such as employee absence or scheduling error), you will receive a full refund for the missed walk.
- Unhappy with Service: If you are dissatisfied with the service quality (for example, the walk was not up to your expectations), please contact us within 48 hours of the walk. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a partial refund or offering a complementary walk to address your concerns.
- Emergencies or Weather Conditions: In the event of emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a walk. If the service is not delivered, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
3. Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service (e.g., adding extra time, changing the walk location, or adding more dogs), please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes, but depending on availability, additional charges may apply.
4. Damages or Incidents
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being during walks, accidents or damages can sometimes occur. If your dog sustains any injury or harm during a walk that is caused by our staff, we will take responsibility for the situation, investigate thoroughly, and take steps to prevent future occurrences. In these rare cases, we may offer compensation or refund the service cost.
5. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to book the service.
